Content contributors
1. The content contributed in the portal is your original work and doesn't violate copyrights of others. If, so, please do mention the copy rights.
2. The ownership of the content might transfer to the platform upon contribution and grant them to use your content or work.
3. The platform might reserve the right to edit or modify your content for clarity or style.
4. You might be required to keep confidential any non-public information you learn through the platform.
5. The platform might disclaim liability for any harm arising from user-contributed content.
6. The portal requires all contributions to be original and not published elsewhere
Content Reviewer
1. Content reviewer agree to review content in accordance with the Company's guidelines and policies. These guidelines will be provided to you during training and may be updated from time to time.
2. Content reviewer maintain the confidentiality of all information you access during the review process. This includes, but is not limited to, user-generated content, and internal website content
3. You will not disclose any confidential information to unauthorized third parties.
4. You will not discuss confidential information on social media or other public forums.
Organizing outreach events
1. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures outlined during any workshop and Webinar.
2. Perform assigned volunteer duties diligently and to the best of your ability.
3. ISEA is not responsible for any loss/ damage during the travel or during the workshop/ webinar.
4. Use only ISEA suggested presentation and awareness material only to organize awareness sessions/ training and any modifications should be approved by the ISEA
Proposed cyber awareness workshops at Nationwide
1. Treat clients, staff, and fellow volunteers with respect and courtesy.
2. Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information you encounter during your volunteer service to the portal and associated services.
3. Any materials, resources, or intellectual property developed by you during your volunteer service belong to the organization only.
4. ISEA reserves the right to terminate your volunteer service at any time for reasons including misconduct, violation of these terms and conditions, or lack of fit for the volunteer role.
5. You have the right to terminate your volunteer service at any time. Inform well in advance with reasonable notice period.
6. Any disagreements arising from these terms and conditions or your volunteer service will be addressed through internal grievance procedure.
