1. Go to your phone's Settings menu.

2. Find the option under "Settings" > "Emergency SOS".

3. Scroll down and tap "Emergency Contacts".

4. Under "Emergency Contacts", tap “Edit emergency contacts in Health” click “Edit” scroll down and "Add Emergency Contact".

5. Choose the contact you want to assign as an emergency contact from your existing contacts list.

6. Tap "Done" to save your changes.
