The following are some of the aspects that make a password strong and easy to use for senior citizens.

    •

Length: It should consist of minimum of 12-15 characters, providing increased complexity and making it more strong and resilient towards any type of threats.

Complexity: It should be a combination of combination of capital letters (A-Z), lowercase letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), and symbols/special characters (!, @, #, $), thereby enhancing security by creating a diverse combination that's difficult for automated programs to decipher.

Memorability: It should be created in a manner that makes it easy for the senior citizens to remember i.e., words that are very personal in nature while adding creativity and security with .

             o Example: MyF@vor!teCurry!$Rajma

Uniqueness: It avoids using common phrases or easily guessable information, like name, DoB, City, pet name, name of spouse or children etc., making it less susceptible to dictionary attacks or personal information exploitation.

Passphrase: Instead of a single word, consider using a passphrase, which is a combination of words. It's easier to remember and can be more secure.

             o Example: Fishing@Lake1947

Enable 2FA: Sometimes, you can add an extra lock to your information called Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), making it even harder for anyone to get in!
