While working on computers, children should ensure they use a desk and chair that helps them sit in an upright position. The position should be such that the head and neck are upright and in-line with the torso and not bent down or tilted back.

Teachers/faculty should educate students about the significance of ergonomics or maintaining the right posture while using computers to avoid physical discomfort and muscular related issues.  They should encourage students to participate and engage in physical activities, games, sports etc., and also socialize appropriately for the overall development.
