Meena was active on social media platforms and liked to make friends online. She met Hari on Facebook, they both chatted for some time after which Hari happened to propose to her, which she declined politely. Latter, Hari continued to keep an eye on all her online activities that she shared publicly and kept following her physically too. Later on anonymously, he started sending her obscene images and threats of following her to the places she mentioned online and began harassing her. Meena was very disturbed and feared for her safety.
